Also, here's couple of illustrations I did recently. The Hansel and Gretel one was a gift for my niece, to use as a notebook cover. The other one I just did for fun. I really enjoyed trying out this style, I should use it more often!

A Little Lamb's Big Adventures
This book came out just a few days ago from Nation9! I worked on it all summer, so I'm really glad to see it finally published. It's for sale on Amazon here! I did all the illustrations, the animations, and the lettering. Here are a few samples of the art:

Global Game Jam 2013: Tole tole
Last weekend I participated in this year's Global Game Jam. It was a great experience, and a lot of fun! Our group's game was Tole tole, and I did sprites and the menu illustration for it. I'm really looking forward to doing this again next year!

Character design
A few sketches for character design for this semester's short. We've just begun; we're on the storyboard stage.
Also, here are a couple of pieces of Homestuck fanart I've done lately. I've been taking digital painting classes, so I'm much more comfortable with color now-- it's fun!

More character designs!
Some more designs from Character Design class I found while sorting through old files. The first five are from September-October, during my 5-week scholarship in Cal Arts. The last two are back from August, I think?
The first assignment was to design characters based on a milk carton, a banana and a pear. And then, to design Halloween costumes based on those shapes. The second assignment was to redesign some Yo Gabba Gabba characters, that was fun. (The show's apparently pretty popular in the States? I'd never heard of it before going there!)
The last two are from a self portrait assignment here at my school. There were many more sketches, but they were mostly awful, so I just chose the ones I liked best. (I need a new profile picture. My hair's changed a lot since last year...)
